Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. For hygienic purposes and because all products are handmade to order, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Clawless To Flawless LLC (AKA "the company" or "I") will issue a complimentary replacement order if the press-ons arrive damaged.

As stated above, the company is not responsible for damages the shipping carrier may have caused to the package. The company does its due diligence when packing all orders and aims to protect your claws from damage during transit.

Clawless To Flawless hopes you love your claws as much as I love creating them. I truly apologize if your nails arrived defective! I will get your replacement made next!

If you need a replacement:

  • Please use the "Help Form" to describe the defect

  • Include a quality image of the defective set or product


Clawless To Flawless will review the issue and respond to you within one business day to update you on your free replacement set when needed!

Orders

  • 3-5 days is the usual processing period for an order - any exceptions will be discussed with the customer during the quote phase or asap if a studio issue arises.

  • Customer orders are confirmed and queued after store checkout and cannot be changed after confirmation.

  • Clawless To Flawless is not responsible for incorrect sizing. Proper sizing is the customer's responsibility. The company's YouTube channel has a detailed sizing video and the FAQ page has other resources for common issues for customer reference.

  • The customer is required to respond to any action needed by the company on custom orders in the Notion portal within two studio business days. Failure to do so will place your order on hold until you choose to restart the order. A $10 restart fee is required for your order to be re-queued.

  • If you need to expedite an order's creation and shipping, a $25 Rush Order fee is required. You will skip the queue and get rushed shipping.

  • No wholesale orders.


Shipping

Shipping is currently limited to the U.S. and will be delivered by USPS. If your order was marked as "delivered" by USPS and is missing, check with your neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, or contact your local post office.

If needed, file a claim directly with USPS at http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address is correct upon checkout. The company is not responsible for incorrect shipping information that results in shipping delays or lost items.

  • The usual USPS shipping time is 5-7 days, please reach out to the carrier for a more detailed ETA or other information.

  • When an order has been picked up and the corresponding tracking number has been updated by the carrier, all accountability for transit and delivery is released from the company to the carrier. The company is not responsible for missing/lost items or damaged shipments and is not obligated to issue a refund or complimentary replacement.

  • If your order is returned to the company, I will re-send it to you with a $20 Resending fee.
